Affiliation to Association

Terms of Membership:

Each member of the Association must have the following conditions:

  1. Must be a Saudi national and have completed 18 years of age with exception to the underage heirs of one of the deceased members.
  2. Who normally reside or work in the Association's area at the time of incorporation or when applying for membership.
  3. He must be honest and has a sense of collective responsibility, volunteering and cooperative work.
  4. Be willing to cooperate with administration committee and members.
  5. To be bee hives owner, or has been bee hives and wish to return to beekeeping or a beekeeping enthusiast.
  6. Be signed on the written pledge specified in application form.

Method of affiliation:

  1. Review the basic rules of the Association and internal rules of procedure of the Association and the Bee System in the Kingdom and its executive regulation and after approval of the inside systems, then next step is implemented.
  2. Communicate with the executive administration to apply for registration.
  3. Submit your CV and fill out the application form.
  4. Waiting for reply of Board of Directors to approve membership.
  5. Send a copy of your ID card by fax, mail or email.
  6. Send a photo with a 4 x 6 white background by mail or email.
  7. Deposit the amount of the contribution, not less than 3000 riyals to the bank account of Al Rajhi Bank in Balgurashi, No (9/66666) (156608010666669) and send a copy of the receipt to the association by mail, fax or e-mail.

Membership Benefits:

  • The affiliate has annual profits from shares he contributed. The higher the number of shares he contributed, the higher the affiliate's profits at the end of the fiscal year.
  • The affiliate has the service advantages provided by the Association according to number of services provided by the Association at present time:
  1. Reduction in costs of hiring trained workers when hiring any worker to carry out any work related to bees, as opposed to rest of beekeepers.
  2. Discount in costs of field work for BCA technicians in event of any problem related to bees facing member compared to the unregistered beekeepers and may be exempted from these costs.
  3. Discount in cost of manufacturing hives or tools in the Association workshop or in implementation of any ideas for tools and creative beekeepers may be exempted from these costs.
  4. Adopting ideas presented by members and following up implementation.
  • The affiliate has discounts when buying tools and supplies of bees from Association's exhibition and that the member can buy any tool at the same price of the wholesale, which Association sells for bee traders.
  • There is a program of services and facilities that the Association endeavors to implement in the event of obtaining approval of bodies and institutions contributing to discounts.

Minimum contribution:

The value of one share is SAR 100 and the minimum amount to contribute to the Association is SR 3000 for 30 shares. The shareholder can contribute a number of shares not exceeding 500 shares.

 

Profit distribution method:

Before the annual meeting of the General Assembly at the end of each fiscal year, Assembly shall inform all members date of the meeting. During the meeting, the Board of Directors shall determine the mount 

of profits or losses received by the Association in that year and the amount of profit specified for each share. The member shall have the right to withdraw the amount of the profit or leave it with its shares to be accumulated for next years.

 

How to withdraw shares:

Affiliate shall not have the right to refund his shares, but shall have the right to sell shares at any time he wishes after submitting request for sale of shares and after obtaining approval of Board of Directors.
